However, this may not be possible due to the exclusivity of our merchandise & limited stock. 2.Please do not place any orders if you cannot wait. Pre-order items usually takes a longer time as items are imported from overseas ,hence reply,collate of items and shipping do takes some time. Waiting normally goes up to 2-8 weeks.
3.When placing orders, Please choose your items wisely. Check sizes, measurements as well as the item code given for the item. Note that for issues like wrong colour or size or even item, we will not be able to do any exchanges.

5. Orders that are confirmed and paid for are not allowed to be cancelled nor refund. Please also note that even if payment is not made but as long as orders are confirmed, withdrawals are not advised.
6.Please do not make changes to the orders once they are confirmed. Amount stated includes shipping fees, otherwise stated.
7.All Retail Closet products will be check for defects and carefully wrapped for protection before delivery.Please note that we will not be responsible and will not refund for any defects and items missing.Please understand the risks involved but rest assured that we will double check on items before mailing out.
8.We will also not be responsible for any damage or lost mails,thus we encouraged clients to opt for registered mail.
